Located on the first level of the building, the Tenant Lounge provides a meeting spot for tenants to gather for coffee breaks and is host to monthly tenant events.

The communal kitchen at 3100 McKinnon is the locale for your next team meeting or lunch-on-the-go. Just off the amenity deck, the kitchen can also provide easy access for catered events.

Lift weights, put in time on the treadmill, or just swing by to watch T.V. Whatever your exercise routine, the Fitness Center at 3100 McKinnon is ideally situated to fit your schedule.
GEM Car
Your Personal Car Service. Scoot all around the neighborhood for lunch or meetings using the Harwood GEM cars. Cars run 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Contact your building’s concierge or a hostess at one of our restaurants to have a GEM car arranged for you.
Dry Cleaning Delivery
